With a primary focus on the sale and lease of industrial land, buildings and investment real estate, Mr. Vandenburgh has successfully completed numerous transactions for both corporate and individual clients over the span of a twenty-six year period in the commercial real estate business.

Notable transactions include involvement as a team member in the successful renewal of Merrill Lynch's 30,000 square foot downtown ten year office lease, three Fred Meyer shopping center exchange sales and a 200,000 square foot industrial relocation for Rose City Moving & Storage.
