Stu has specialized in industrial tenants and owner/user purchasers of industrial properties, with a focus on the Southwest submarket from Hillsboro to Wilsonville. As a former CPA, Stu has experience in analyzing the financial aspects of real estate transactions. Stu has dealt extensively with city officials and local land use issues in the Portland Metropolitan Area and has served on six different citizen committees dealing with transportation and planning issues affecting our region.
